PARK AVENUE Sold

Level Constellation announced the sale of 100% of PARK AVENUE residencial units.
The building, dated from 1958, is considered one of the first modernist buildings in Lisbon, being the architect Faria da Costa, with 27 residential units: City Loft, T1, T2 and T3.
PARK AVENUE renovation was promoted by Teixeira Duarte, being registered sales to 12 different nationalities.
The building was one of the 21 nomenees for the National Real Estate Award 2017.2017.
